The Axiom Performance Center offers 1-on-1, as well as group and team training through a system of integrated methods customized to each individual based on a performance evaluation. Its purpose is to enhance sports performances and/or overall health.
|Our youth training program at Axiom Performance Center features OTF (offthefield) strength and conditioning used by more schools than any other program in Idaho. Offthefield training is a combination 15 essential athletic variables which include: stabilization, strength, power, quickness, stamina, deceleration, acceleration, maximum velocity, agility, endurance, flexibility, coordination, consistency, speed of movement, and competition. It is designed in an undulating fashion that emphasizes form and technique while appreciating the skill of proper conditioning as much as the sport itself.|
This class is designed to build a correct foundation for young athletes. Proper motor skills and movement patterns are essential in order for your athlete to reach their peak potential as they get older. While building a base for movement mechanics your athlete will become more familiar with our 15 OTF foundations.
This class is designed for your athlete to develop the 15 OTF foundations. The emphasis is placed on muscle memory and movement consistency of athletic movements such as speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power. Strength training is built using various sport specific body weight movements and speed skills are developed through proper sprinting mechanics, core strength, and range of motion.
This class is designed for athletes with years of experience that are aspiring to compete at the next level. Once movement foundation and development has been achieved the athlete will test those skills in either a high intensity or high volume modality. This program was built upon competition and performance and the athlete will work continuously to master the 15 OTF foundations.
|Our own system of metabolic based training. The Ax-Fit program is designed for anyone who wants to make the most out of their time in the gym by integrating strength and energy system development work into one high intensity session.|
